Experience of Care Week

The motion

That the Parliament recognises that Experience of Care Week is an international initiative, which, it understands will run from 25 to 29 April 2022 to celebrate the hard work across health and social care to improve experiences for patients, families, carers and staff; understands that Care Opinion Scotland provides an excellent service that enables patients to express their experiences of health services across the country; believes that it improves transparency and provides health boards with the opportunity to listen to people’s stories, respond, and show how they are making improvements as a result; supports the work of Care Opinion Scotland, and thanks all health and social care workers for their continued devotion and hard work.
