The Boat Inn, National Pub & Bar Awards County Winner 2022

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Aboyne’s The Boat Inn on being awarded the County Winner title for Aberdeenshire in the National Pub and Bar Awards 2022, setting it apart as one of the best pubs in the UK; understands that the title was granted to 94 pubs across the United Kingdom on the basis of overall best practice in a number of operational categories; further understands the importance of showcasing standout service offered in the hospitality industry and recognising what it sees as the contributions outstanding businesses such as The Boat Inn make to their local communities as well as the national economy, and wishes The Boat Inn the best of luck in the upcoming regional and national awards.
