Success of the Three Little Bakers, Inverness
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates The Three Little Bakers on being crowned Scottish Baker of the Year 2022-23 in Glasgow, beating nearly 60 other competitors for this accolade; applauds the Inverness firm on winning the award for being recognised for their tattie scones, morning rolls, scone and sourdough bread; notes what it sees as the importance of quality, independent businesses to communities in the Highlands; considers that The Three Little Bakers team has worked incredibly hard to win this award, and wishes them well in the future.
