Swadish in Glasgow Wins Best Indian Restaurant Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Glasgow Indian restaurant, Swadish, on winning the Best Indian Restaurant in Scotland award at the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards 2022; understands that the Indian fine dining restaurant on Ingram Street, Glasgow, which is owned and operated by wife and husband team, Jas Kumar and Chef Ajay Kumar, faced competition from 14 other finalists to win the award; further understands that the team at the restaurant is thrilled to have won; applauds the team for winning this prestigious accolade, and wishes everyone at the restaurant all the best for its continued success.
