National Childminding Week 2022

The motion

That the Parliament recognises National Childminding Week 2022, which takes place from 5 to 9 May 2022; notes that the week is hosted by the Scottish Childminding Association (SCMA) and is the organisation's annual awareness week, which, it understands, celebrates the fantastic, high-quality work of childminders throughout Scotland, and understands that this week-long celebration helps to raise the profile and appreciation of professional childminding, as well as hearing from childminders across the country to share their inspirational stories to help to reinforce how valuable childminding is.
