The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the management and workforce of Babcock International on being awarded a £30 million contract to provide dry dock maintenance for Queen Elizabeth-class carriers at the Rosyth Dockyard; welcomes the estimated 300 jobs that the contract will support across the dockyard and the wider supply chain; believes that the carriers were assembled at Rosyth and that the yard has an experienced workforce that has already completed a six-week dry docking of HMS Queen Elizabeth, and further believes that this success is a well-deserved recognition of the skills and facilities available at Rosyth.
