Tom Stoltman Wins Second World Strongest Man Competition

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Tom Stoltman from Invergordon on claiming his second World’s Strongest Man title in Sacramento; notes that the 27-year-old finished with 10 points more than second place Oleksii Novikov of Ukraine and Martin Licis of the United States; understands that Tom’s ambition is to be the first person to win six World Strongest Man competitions, with the current record for most wins at five, and congratulates Tom for his victory and for being the only Scotsman to win World Strongest Man.
