Allander Rotary Club Raises £2,000 to Sponsor a Talking Book for the RNIB

The motion

That the Parliament applauds the efforts of Allander Rotary Club for raising £2,000 to sponsor a talking book for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB); notes that the majority of funds came from readers of A Restless Spirit, an autobiography that was published for friends and family by Colin Robertson, a founding member of the Allander Rotary Club, and acknowledges that a further donation came from the club president, Stuart Sharkie, who sold items from the estate of his mother, who was a long-term RNIB supporter.
