Lenzie Boy Designs Scouts' New Human Rights Badge
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates 10-year-old Christopher Stewart of Lenzie on designing the winning entry in The Rights Challenge Badge for the Scouts; understands that the badge features a range of activities and resources to empower young people aged eight to 14 to learn about and understand their rights; notes that it promotes awareness of children’s rights, and further notes that the winning design has the fleur-de-lis on it.
