Centre Stage Performing Arts Travel to New York

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the dancers, their families, and the staff of Centre Stage Performing Arts on the recent news that they will be travelling to New York to perform in summer 2022; understands that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for all involved; recognises the hard work and dedication that has gone into fundraising the £25,000 required by the dancers' parents; notes that New York is regarded as the dance capital of the world; understands that Centre Stage Performing Arts will celebrate its 10th anniversary in August 2022; commends them for their work over this time, and wishes all involved the very best of luck as they prepare for their trip.
