Marr Pupils Achieve a Say It Out LOUD! Charter
The motion
That the Parliament applauds the pupils of Marr College, Troon, on their efforts to address and support the mental health of young people; acknowledges that the pupils' hard work has been recognised by the South Ayrshire Youth Forum, as they have achieved the Say It Out Loud Charter following the launch of a number of projects designed to help boost mental health in their school; understands that the pupils have formed a group of mental health ambassadors; notes that the ambassadors run drop in sessions for pupils to access support, have created a mental health hub for young people and have updated the school website with wellbeing material, and commends the school and pupils involved in delivering what it sees as fundamental support for all.
