Gavin Wreath of Specsavers Inverness Raises £1,481 for Charity

The motion

That the Parliament commends the Specsavers Inverness director and optometrist, Gavin Wreath, for raising almost £1,500 for charity by completing the 66-mile Etape Loch Ness in 4 hours and 33 minutes; understands that the £1,481 raised will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support, which helps those with a cancer diagnosis; notes that Macmillan Cancer Support provides helpful information through its website and Macmillan nurses who are specialist cancer nurses, and commends the charity's continued support that it provides to all those with a cancer diagnosis.
