Annaya’s of Helensburgh Wins Best Restaurant, West Scotland at Spice Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Annaya’s of Helensburgh on winning Best Restaurant in West Scotland at the prestigious Spice Awards ceremony, which was recently held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow; understands that the team were nominated by the public in several categories and also took the accolade for Highly Recommended Restaurant Manager of the Year; notes that head chef, Rana Munir, took part in a cook-off with competitors at Glasgow City College where industry judges made the final decision; believes that this achievement was only possible with hard work and dedication, and applauds the management and staff for being part of a winning team and serving the locals of West Region with award winning meals.
