Kingdom Housing Association CHI Award Nominations

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Kingdom Housing Association on being shortlisted for 16 awards at the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Scotland Housing Awards to be held in Glasgow on 27 October 2022; understands that among the developments in the running for awards, the association’s Fraser Avenue development in Inverkeithing has been shortlisted for both the Excellence in Development for Affordable Housing and the Excellent in Regeneration and Sustainability awards; notes that the awards celebrate passion creativity, excellence and innovation in the housing sector; recognises that being shortlisted for 16 awards is a record for Kingdom Housing Association at any awards; congratulates everyone across the Kingdom Group for their hard work, and wishes Kingdom the best of luck at the award ceremony.
