Pristine Decor Named Scotland's Best Painting and Decorating Company 2022

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the news that a business from Clackmannanshire has been named Scotland's Best Painting and Decorating Company in an annual industry awards scheme; understands that Pristine Decor Ltd received the title at the 2022 Scottish Home Improvement Awards; acknowledges that the work of the company’s founder and director, Callum Bonner, has previously been acknowledged when, in 2017, as he was studying at Forth Valley College as a painting and decorating modern apprentice, he competed with eight others at the prestigious SkillBuild Show at Birmingham’s NEC; understands that he impressed the judges so much that he was invited onto the UK WorldSkills training squad in 2018, as mentioned in motion S5M-14117; acknowledges that Callum was also in receipt of the Apprenticeship Award at the 2018 Clacks Business Awards, as reported in motion S5M-14117, as well as receiving a medallion in the UK team at the 2019 WorldSkills Finals, as noted in motion S5M-18914, and commends Callum and Pristine Decor Ltd on their fastidious attention to detail, positive work ethic and their striving to produce the best results in everything they do.
