Lauren Rennie - Finalist in The Scottish Women’s Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Laura Rennie of Arena HR Ltd on being named a finalist in the Scottish Women’s Awards 2022 Small Business of the Year category; notes that the awards highlight the achievements of women in many roles across sectors of industry and contributions to society; understands that the Kilmarnock business provides HR services to microbusinesses, small to medium-sized businesses, and scale-up companies to help businesses improve the performance of their staff by creating a positive working environment; commends Laura’s investment in the community through her business, specifically providing work experience for young people to learn skills for the future and help them to access other opportunities, including higher education, and wishes her all the best at the awards ceremony.
