Fin Graham Wins Three Gold and One Silver at the UCI Para-Cycling Track World Championships

The motion

That the Parliament commends the Strathpeffer cyclist, Fin Graham, on winning gold at the UCI Para-Cycling Track World Championships, which were held in France; congratulates Fin on claiming three gold medals, winning the C3 scratch race final, the C3 individual pursuit and the C3 omnium, and one silver in the C3 1km time trial in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines; notes that Fin previously won two silver medals at the Paralympics in Tokyo, and used that as motivation for this competition, and wishes him success in future competitions.
