Edinburgh Restaurants Win Accolades at Asian Restaurant Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Cilantro, St Johns Curry Club and The Cave restaurants in Edinburgh on winning awards at the sixth Asian Restaurant Scotland Awards at a ceremony held at the Sheraton Hotel Edinburgh on 1 November 2022; notes that Cilantro is based in Leith serving a Bangladeshi and Indian menu and won the Newcomer of the Year Award, St Johns Curry Club is based in Corstorphine and won the JUST EAT Takeaway/Delivery Award, and The Cove, based in Blackhall, won Best Edinburgh Award; understands that they won these awards from a shortlist that was determined by over 10,000 votes from members of the public, and wishes these local businesses every success for the future.
