Congratulates Cornton Primary School on Winning Scottish Youth Poetry Slam Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the P6 pupils of Cornton Primary School on winning the Best Group Poem at the Scottish Youth Poetry Slam; notes  that the pupil's poem was called All the Emotions and had competition from five other primary schools across Scotland; further notes that the Scottish Youth Poetry Slam was an event for young people aged 11 to 13 years old and was held in Perth Theatre in October 2022 in front of an audience of 200 young people, and understands that the Scottish Youth Poetry Slam is organised by ConFAB alongside partners Dyslexia Scotland, Scottish Book Trust, Scottish Poetry Library and Stirling Council and funded by Creative Scotland.
