Liberty Kitchen
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Liberty Kitchen in Torry for opening in April 2022; understands that Liberty Kitchen is fully off-grid with electricity generated through solar power and that rain water is collected and treated through advanced technology with ozone and UV light that is then sterilised so it can be used for hot drinks, and recognises the difficulties that Nikki went through to open the business and wishes her, and all the staff at Liberty Kitchen, all the very best for the future.
