Scallops Tale of Bearsden Wins 2023 Good Food Award Blue Ribbon

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Scallops Tale of Bearsden for winning the 2023 Good Food Award's Blue Ribbon for its fish and chips; notes that the business opened in 2022, employs local staff, and uses as much Scottish produce as possible; understands that the award recognises the hard-working team that has strived for excellence and commitment to serving excellent food; appreciates the high quality of food, service and value that the prestigious Blue Ribbon award recognises due to high customer ratings and public votes, and wishes the management and team at the Scallops Tale every success for the future.
