Borders College Lecturer Wins College Colleague of the Year Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates healthcare lecturer, Evelyn Chelley from Borders College, who won the College Colleague of the Year Award at the 2022 College Development Network (CDN) Annual Awards; notes that Borders College has been commended in the Sustainably Action Award for the work it has done through its Sustainability Category; appreciates the talent, innovation and the many achievements of Borders College, its staff and students over the past year; commends the progress that the Borders College Sustainability Academy has made since it was established in 2021 using the UK Government’s Community Renewal Fund, and wishes Borders College the best of luck in using the new Sustainability Academy to contribute towards net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045.
