Crossgates Events Committee Host Children's Christmas Party

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the new Crossgates Events Committee on hosting a very successful children's Christmas party on 3 December 2022, at Collier Goathill Quarry, Crossgates; understands that the event was the first of the new committee's tenure, and that it was a quick sell-out; notes that the event provided both local children and adults with the opportunity to socialise over the range of entertainment that was on offer, including a disco, bouncy castle, and visit from Santa to name a few; further notes that all funds raised from the event will be used for the Crossgates Gala 2023; congratulates all those on the committee and the additional volunteers for putting on the event, and wishes them all the very best for the year ahead.
