Aberdeenshire West Groups Receive National Lottery Funding

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the success of several Aberdeenshire West groups in receiving National Lottery funding; notes that the funds awarded include £1,000 for Finzean Community Association to pay for commemorative photographs honouring a 70-year timeline of its history, £9,918 for Glass Community Association to improve access to its indoor and outdoor community spaces at Glass Village Hall and develop a community gathering area, £9,979 for Midmar Public Hall SCIO to upgrade a small room in the village hall to make it suitable for group meeting hire and music lessons, £9,800 for SCILL Supporting Children in Learning for Life (SCIO) to employ an administrator, and £650 for The Clatt Hall Committee to support its community Jubilee celebrations; understands that these funds are contributed by The National Lottery Community Fund to help communities thrive, and wishes these organisations all the best for the future.
