The Larder Wins 2022 SURF Award

The motion

That the Parliament extends its congratulations to The Larder after it was announced as the winner of the 2022 SURF Award for Supporting Youth Employability; recognises what it sees as the exceptional work undertaken by The Larder in providing educational and work pathway support for young people unable to identify their next step; understands that the Livingston-based charity has, throughout the past 12 months, supported 238 young people with 82% gaining qualifications; commends The Larder on improving the lives of young people and its support for communities, and sends its full support and best wishes for the future.
