The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Celia Sinclair-Thornqvist, of Killin, who is the Founder and Chair of The Willow Tea Rooms Trust, and Professor Pamela Robertson on being appointed Members of the Order of the British Empire in The King’s New Year’s Honours for their work in saving one of Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s historic tea rooms in the heart of Scotland’s largest city.
