The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Lysbeth (Elizabeth) Cassidy Wilson of Dunblane on being awarded a British Empire Medal in The King’s New Year’s Honours for services to handbell ringing; understands that the Dunblane Cathedral Handbell Ringers were set up in 1977 by Lysbeth, and further understands that the group provides practice and tuition in handbell ringing to people of all ages.
