Two Glasgow Restaurants Included in Harden's Top 100 Diners Poll
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates two Glasgow restaurants on earning a place in a leading annual diners poll; understands that the restaurant guide, Harden’s Top 100 for 2023, is based on feedback from regular diners rather than professional inspectors; recognises that Cail Bruich, on Great Western Road, and Unalome by Graeme Cheevers, in the West End, made the top 100; notes that Harden’s Top 100 is diner-led and, as such, it is seen as an honour and testament to every member of staff working within the two restaurants who ensure that every guest has the best possible experience when they come to dine, and understands that a total of 30,000 reports were submitted from a survey of 3,000 diners, with restaurants at all price levels included in the list.
