Largs Youth Theatre Celebrates its 20th Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Largs Youth Theatre as it celebrates its 20th Anniversary; understands that the group is hosting a ceilidh in February to mark the milestone with staff, students, past students and their families attending; recognises that the organisation provides affordable drama classes for those aged two to 18 years old, and has welcomed thousands of young people through its doors over the two decades, performing in its annual shows in Largs and at the Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh; understands that all money raised at the event will be donated to Alara’s Little Legs crowdfunding appeal, and wishes the staff, students and supporters all the best on their 20th anniversary, and for the organisation’s future endeavours.
