Congratulating Insch Baker, Anne Keenan, on Success at Scottish Bread Championship

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Anne Keenan, of The Culinary Kiwi Bird, on winning overall Reserve Champion for her beremeal sourdough boule and third place for her dark Danish rye and spelt sourdough, at the Scottish Bread Championship 2023; commends The Culinary Kiwi Bird on this achievement after operating for less than a year; understands that Anne specialises in baking sourdoughs using Scottish-grown grains and uses local produce in her products, and wishes The Culinary Kiwi Bird the very best for the future.
