Callander and District Horticultural Society's 150th Anniversary

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Callander and District Horticultural Society on celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2023; understands that the Callander and District Horticultural Society was established in 1873 and is run by a volunteer committee, elected each year by its members, with the purpose of holding "an annual competition in Produce, Garden Flowers, Vegetables, Hobbies & Crafts, Floral Art and Photography culminating in the Annual Show"; notes that the 2023 Annual Show takes place on 19 August at East Torrie Farm, Callander, and wishes the Society all the best for the forthcoming show and into the future.
