Auchterarder Macmillan Cancer Support

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Auchterarder’s Macmillan Cancer Support fundraising committee for generating a total of £1,015.05 at its annual coffee morning on 22 April 2023 in aid of the charity; understands that this event was organised by volunteer committee members, their family members and friends, and was well attended, with many contributing baked goods and raffle prizes to help raise funds; notes that the Macmillan group provides physical, financial and emotional support in the local community, and will hold a quiz night as a further fundraiser later in 2023; thanks all involved for their exceptional efforts, and wishes the Auchterarder group continued success for its future events.
