Ayr’s Steve Walker Takes on the North Coast 500 for the Trussell Trust

The motion

That the Parliament applauds Ayr’s Steve Walker as he sets to embark on a fundraising trek in aid of the Trussell Trust; notes that Steve’s charity trek will see him cycle and camp on a 500-mile tour across the north coast of Scotland, starting at Inverness Castle; understands that Steve is an actor, radio presenter and YouTuber, and that he will film his cycle for his YouTube channel, called Camping on the Wild Side; further understands that Steve has set a target of £500, which he hopes will help the Trussell Trust food charity with the current pressures that it faces; applauds Steve for his efforts that will begin on 14 May 2023, and wishes him every success in raising funds on his adventure.
