Lochore Welfare Wins King Cup Final
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the players, coaching team and supporters of Lochore Welfare on winning the King Cup in the final against Dunipace FC on 13 May 2023; notes that the teams competed for the Kings Cup in Whitburn; understands that the game was fiercely contested by both teams, with Lochore Welfare managing to bring it back in the second half to return a score of 2-1; further understands that, despite a difficult season for Lochore Welfare, it managed to redeem itself and succeed in achieving the Kings Cup; commends the players for their hard work, and wishes them all the very best for the future.
