The Success of Kelty's Wellbeing Festival 2023

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Kelty Community Cinema on the success of the first Kelty Wellbeing Festival, which was held on 28 May 2023 in Kelty Community Centre; recognises that the event was for all ages and abilities; understands that the day was packed full of activities from film screenings, a silent disco, exhibitors, to fitness taster sessions and yoga; notes that the event was a resounding success, with the day thoroughly enjoyed by all in attendance; recognises that the event was made possible through funding received from the local Co-op in Kelty; understands that the Community Cinema is aiming to make the event an annual staple in the village calendar, and wishes all the volunteers the very best for the future.
