National Lottery Award for HSTAR Scotland in Mid Scotland and Fife Region

That the Parliament congratulates HSTAR Scotland on being awarded £9,792 from the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland fund, and understands that the group will use the funding to create and operate a warm space in its Stirling city centre premises.
