Lochgelly High School Pipe Band Crowned UK Champions

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the recent UK Pipe Band Championships, which were held in Lurgan, Northern Ireland; welcomes the success of Lochgelly High School Pipe Band on winning in the Novice Juvenile B category, the second time in four years; understands that they were competing against Dollar Academy, Presto Lodge High School in Prestonpans, and Down Academy from Northern Ireland; recognises the hard work of all involved and what it understands was the gruelling overnight journey that they undertook in order to attend; congratulates the band on this fantastic achievement, and wishes it continued success.
