Rotary Club of Perth Raises £30,000 for Nominated Charities

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Rotary Club of Perth on raising £30,000 for three nominated charities, Alzheimer Scotland, Carers Trust Scotland, and Prostate Scotland; understands that the club’s annual classic car tour event, held on 23 April 2023, played a pivotal role in raising the funds; notes that the money will be split equally among the three nominated charities; recognises that many people will be positively impacted by the generosity, hard work and contributions of those who organised and took part in the event; is very grateful to Anna Martin, President of the Rotary Club and sponsors, Stephen Leckie of Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels, John Clark of the John Clark Motor Group, and Alex Wilson of the Intelligent Land Investment Group, and the many others who contributed and donated to support the event, and extends its very best wishes to everyone involved
