Pitlochry Listed Among the Most Friendly Towns in the UK

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates residents living in Pitlochry, following the town being listed as the sixth most welcoming UK town or city; notes that the achievement came through the 2023 Booking.com list of favourite UK destinations, based on the welcome to visitors; further notes that Booking.com highlighted the location, friendly staff and great food as some of the main positive points made by visitors to Pitlochry, who had stayed in either bed and breakfast accommodation, a guesthouse or a hotel, and that it was regarded as "a perfect getaway destination all year round", and wishes the town of Pitlochry and its residents all the best for the future.
