Energy Agency Renewables Ltd Named Regional Vulnerable Customer Support Organisation of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament celebrates the success of Ayr’s Energy Agency Renewables Ltd in being named the Regional Vulnerable Customer Support Organisation of the Year at the Scottish Energy Efficiency Awards 2023; notes that Energy Agency is a charitable organisation, providing advice to households, businesses and communities covering energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable transport, where a large majority of the company’s business is helping those suffering from or at risk of fuel poverty; understands that the awards ceremony took place at the Crowne Plaza, Glasgow, on 23 June 2023, with 11 categories listed to be won, and Energy Agency was one of four nominees up for the Regional Vulnerable Customer Support Organisation of the Year award; further understands that the award recognises the efforts of that organisation and seeks to thank them for their service to their local community; congratulates all at Energy Agency on winning this award, and wishes them the very best for the future.
