The motion
That the Parliament celebrates Pearson Hepburn Butcher and Poulterer as the business marks its 50th anniversary of providing fresh, quality meat in Kirkcaldy; understands that the family butcher was founded by Pearson Hepburn in September 1973; recognises that Pearson’s sons joined the family business, with his eldest, Scott Hepburn, joining in 1982, shortly followed by his younger brother, Craig Hepburn, in 1986; notes that butcher, Craig Heggie, joined the team in 2007, before Sean Graham joined the partnership in 2022; acknowledges that Pearson Hepburn Butcher and Poulterer is a multi-award winning butcher and has continued to thrive in its years in the Langtoun, and wishes Pearson Hepburn butchers and all the team all the very best for the future.
