Aboyne Bowling Club's Regeneration Efforts and Local Support

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Aboyne Bowling Club on its regeneration efforts to save the club and preserve the local clubhouse as a gathering place for a variety of community organisations; commends the National Lottery fund for supporting this community effort by, it understands, providing a £3,500 grant to upgrade the heating and cover the recent excess electricity costs of the clubhouse; acknowledges what it sees as the excellent collaboration between the Aboyne Bowling Club and local funding bodies to strengthen this community infrastructure and safeguard the organisations that rely on it, and wishes it well in its post-COVID-19 pandemic regeneration project.
