Falkirk Forgotten Villages
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates all those involved in the Falkirk "Forgotten Villages" campaign; understands that this campaign was started to highlight what it sees as the injustice of high tariffs set by Scottish Power in villages around Falkirk; believes that this campaign caught a growing sentiment amongst residents that their voice was being ignored; appreciates that green infrastructure is now being installed in some of these villages, which, it understands, will reduce the cost of electricity, and wishes the Falkirk "Forgotten Villages" campaign well in its future endeavours.
