The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the news that a community hub based in Dalgety Bay has launched a campaign to install five defibrillators in the town, the first of which has now been installed; understands that the first of the defibrillator units is placed just outside the entrance to That Place in the Bay, which uses arts and crafts as a way of relaxing and provides a friendly place for people to learn new skills; commends the creator and all fundraisers from That Place in the Bay who have looked at the layout of the town and felt that another five units would provide a good level of accessibility for the majority of the town, believing that everyone should be within three minutes of a fully automated defibrillator unit; further commends those members of the local business community who have already donated significant amounts, and looks forward to news of further installations and training sessions as they happen.
