Celebrating the Success of Craig Jackson, Head Chef at Murrayshall Country House Hotel and Golf Club
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Craig Jackson, Head Chef of Murrayshall Country House Hotel and Golf Club, based in Perthshire, on being awarded the prestigious title as a Master Chef of Great Britain by the Master Chefs of Great Britain, formerly the Institute of Master Chefs; understands that since the Institute of Mater Chefs was founded in 1980, its global branches provide a forum for culinary ideas to further the industry through the training and guidance of young chefs; notes that, as a member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain, Craig will be asked to do demonstrations and themed masterclasses to students and apprentices across the UK, to enhance their culinary skills and understanding of quality produce; believes that becoming a Master Chef of Great Britain is an accolade of great importance, as you must hold a minimum of two AA Red Rosettes for at least two years; expresses its very best well wishes to Craig, and wishes him continued success into the future.
