Aberdeen Dad Set to Cycle Coast to Coast in Epic Fundraiser

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates David Boyd, who lives in Kintore, and wishes himluck when he takes part in the BP Coast 2 Coast cycle on 31 May 2024;understands that the BP Coast 2 Coast will cover 255 miles between Dumfries andAberdeen over three days; further understands that David is raising money andawareness for Myeloma UK, following a close family relative’s diagnosis lastyear of multiple myeloma, an incurable blood cancer; notes that David creditsMyeloma UK with extending the life of his relative through a clinical drugtrial, and further notes that any money raised by David on the Coast 2 Coastbike ride will be matched by BP.
