Channel 5's New Series Promoting Shetland's Culture and Wildlife
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes Channel 5’s new series, Shetland: Scotland's Wondrous Isles, which celebrates Shetland's unique culture and wildlife; notes the series' focus on local traditions, off-grid living and vibrant community life, highlighting the stories of local people, and commends the series for showcasing Shetland's beauty and heritage, supporting local communities and boosting tourism.
