Oban High School Pipe Band Set to Play at Prestigious Event

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Oban High School Pipe Band upon being confirmed as part of the line-up of acts that will be participating at the Hoolie in New York event, which is part of the annual New York Tartan Week festival taking place in April 2025; understands that the pipe band will play at Carnegie Hall alongside several prominent Scottish soloists and bands; recognises the importance of showcasing the best of Scotland's musical talents at such prestigious global events, and wishes Oban High School Pipe Band the best of luck for the evening and all other performances.
