That the Parliament congratulates Christine Bell, chief executive officer and founder of Cycling Without Age Scotland, on receiving a British Empire Medal (BEM), and recognises what it sees as the significant work that she and the charity have done for the communities in Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire, as well as for older people right across Scotland.
