Redwell Primary School Pupils Focus on Sustainability During Swap Event

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the pupils of Redwell Primary School, in Alloa, who held a sustainability swap event on 13 June 2024; understands that, encouraged by their teachers, each child brought in a toy, puzzle, book or jigsaw and picked up a token, which then allowed them to walk away with a brand new toy from another pupil; notes that, as part of their classes' global goal, they were looking at sustainable cities and communities and then made that their class topic, and believes that the event was a huge hit with the pupils and that the teachers were delighted with the school's dedication to sustainability.
